Shipping Policy
Shipping address
Items will be sent to the address you specify when you make your payment. If the address chosen is different from the one you registered on your account, please inform us of this fact.
Requests to change the shipping address after a parcel has been generated will incur a extra postage fee.
Combined Shipping
All purchases to the same address are combined into one box upon payment.
Weight and size limits vary by country, so some exceptions to this process may apply, in those cases more than one package will be created and shipped.
In how many days will I receive my order?
We will process your order and deliver it to the postal office within 3 working days after receiving your payment. The estimated time for the order to reach you can be found ont he Post NL website under your country.
All orders are sent with a track and trace code that will be mailed to you when the package reaches the postal office in The Netherlands, so you can follow the updated status of your package online.
How do I pay?
You can choose between the available online payment options. We guarantee all payment options we offer to be 100% secure.
What are the shipping rates?
The shipping rates will be shown ont the purchase cart before you place the order. After you add to the cart all of the items you wish to purchase, just select your country from the available list to get the correct shipping value.
All shipping prices include insurance and track and trace code.
What if I’m not home when my purchase is being delivered?
When you are not at home to accept the package, you will probably receive a note from your local postman with instructions on how you can pick the package up at the nearest post office, as well as the time frame within which you must do it.
What are the costs for returning an item?
The costs of returning an item are your own account. You can send the package at the post office, equipped with a track & trace code and preferably by registered post with insurance. We will not be held liable for a lost or damaged package we did not send ourselves. This will prevent us from refunding you your money.
We will not refund the shipping costs if you only return one or two items of a combined package. We only refund shipping costs of orders who are returned in their entirety.
Once we have received the item in good condition, you will receive back the full purchase price.
How does the insurance work?
In the event of a broken item, the insurance included requires that both the sender (Okeiko Time) and the recipient (you) submit a damage report to the local post office. If either party doesn’t submit, the insurance becomes invalid.

Returning Items
Returning items is possible within 14 calendar days.
Shipping costs for returning the item are at your own expense. If you want to return multiple items you can combine them in one shipment. Once we receive your item in good condition and in the exact original state at the time of receipt we will refund the full purchase amount within 10 days.
We will not be accountable for any damage that happens to the package you send back to us, therefore will not refund you if the items arrive damaged. We thus urge you to send by registered mail and purchase shipping insurance when you ship the items back to us in order to assure the full refund of your purchase.
Because we charge shipping costs per package and not per item we will not refund the sending shipping costs if you only return one or two items of a combined package. We only refund shipping costs of orders who are returned in their entirety.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of undergarment items such as bras, socks and kimono underwear.
What Is The Returning Procedure?
As soon as the Buyer receives the bought Item(s), he or she has to check the Item(s) immediately. In case something is wrong (e.g. sending wise, damage or a significant deviation from the original visual and/or textual description in the Webshop) he or she needs to inform OT at the latest within 48 hours after receiving the order by e-mail: okeikotime@gmail.com. The Buyer needs to mention the corresponding order- and item number(s) (see email).
In case of a difference, OT will make an effort to solve this matter to the Buyer´s satisfaction.
Until the item(s) are returned the Buyer will handle the delivered Item(s) with utmost care and leave any labels, codes and packaging intact. The Buyer will only unpack the Item(s) as far as needed to evaluate if the state of the Item is meeting the quality criteria. Please note: existing labels may not be removed under any circumstances. In case the Buyer wants to use his/her right to withdrawal, he or she needs to return the Item(s) in the exact original state as at the time of receipt and by the OT provided instructions.
